The world of Hollywood draws many of its ideas from the world of Pie Movies. Sadly, many Pie Movies are altered during production and marketing to be pieless. Please read the pages below to see what could have been.
Withnail & Pie
The original plot involved Richard E. Grant and Paul McGann as "Withnail" and "Pie" respectively. They are two young bakers who live in a squalid flat in London, and they decide that they need a holiday, so they go to visit Withnail's uncle Monty, who it turns out is a stereotypically gay person. After changing the sleeping arrangements, Pie has to make up an excuse to stop Monty's amorous advances, and tells him that he is currently in a long term relationship with Withnail. Upset, Monty leaves. Withnail blames Pie, before brutally eating him. The final cut is a lot longer, due to Withnail forgiving "I" (not me, the character) and the pair of them going back to London to live in filth.
