Pie & Prejudice
The original plot involved Keira Knightly being courted by a man with a pie for a head. However, she was quite prejudiced against such a relationship to start with, but eventually she learned that somebody with a pie for a head isn't always a second-class citizen. The final cut removed the pie headed man and replaced him with Matthew Macfadyen.
