The Invention of Pieing
The original plot involved Ricky Gervais as Mark Bellyson, a man who lives in a world where nobody eats pies. Instead, they eat pasties (how disgusting!). One day, it occurs to Mark that pies would be easier and more convinient to bake than pasties, and he becomes rich from his invention. The final cut replaced the pasties with the truth, and pies with lies. This is very wrong, as pies represent truth, and it is pasties which are lies.
